Thanks for a great 2011 season!
The staff of the Ohio Railway Museum would like to thank all who visited in 2011. Despite our late start in the season, the response was overwhelmingly positive and we look forward to another rewarding season in 2012.
However, just because we're closed to the public, doesn't mean we stop working. We have plenty of things to keep us busy during the winter and we're always looking for new volunteers to help. No special skills required, just an enthusiasm for railroading. But if you have special skills, that's even better!
We perform all of our own maintenance and equipment restoration, including: painting, track work, overhead line work, sand blasting, welding & cutting, electric, carpentry, diesel mechanics, landscaping, brush & tree removal, marketing, and historical research. On the job training is available. Send us an
email if you're interested.
Also, keep watching as we may have some special public activities during the winter.
See you next spring!
